Urban played for that team last year and participated on the RTH team. My guess is that it depends on the HS team the junior player skates for. Coaches at Suffern, Pelham and Rye likely would not tolerate missing HS practices and a few HS games for juniors. Not sure how Mamo would deal with it. But, WP managed it for Rui a few years back.
